In order to improve the daily work efficiency of the company's construction drawing team, standardize and centralize the management of process operation documents and achievement documents in the construction drawing stage, and according to the requirements of the company's leaders, the management department determined the application function requirements of the "file data storage system" (hereinafter referred to as the "system") in June.
At present, the system has been officially put into use at the beginning of June, and the training work was officially carried out in the company on June 10, which has received positive response from personnel of relevant departments.
The "system" has been in good use since its operation, and its good experience of centralized storage, sharing, backup and other functions of "data" has been recognized by the staff of the scheme design institute, and has played a positive role in improving the availability of files.
