According to the Daily Mail of Britain, when it comes to enjoying the beautiful scenery of London, perhaps the best known place is the "London Eye" located on the bank of the Thames River. But now, a new "scenic spot" that will be opened to the public on February 1 may provide you with the most spectacular scenery of London -- but surprisingly, this "scenic spot" is actually a public toilet.
The toilet under the observation deck of the "Debris Building" is located on the 68th floor of the building, about 800 feet high. The "Fragment Building" is the tallest building in the UK and even in Western Europe. It was built with a total height of 1016 feet (309.68 meters) at a cost of 2 billion pounds (about 20 billion yuan).
